You want an accountant that can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the tax consequences of the decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck and let me know if you have any questions. 

My head is clear, we are away from the day to day and my wife and I have the headspace to discuss things on a strategic level.

Not to mention you are tapping into a professional team to assist you with all aspects of building a successful rental portfolio from the tax, legal, financing, accounting & strategic planning across multiple markets & geographic locations. 

They might be able to share some more strategic insight than most can in these forums.

But, many Realtors say that financing is not in their "wheelhouse" (granted, we are trained that way), but it leaves such a wide gaping hole in strategizing. 

And many hangers like in our Condo plat were made into man caves and those that bought them has all sorts of toys in them and not always had an aircraft. 

Those 'edge people' would consider Strategic Default, a term used in the GR when homeowners walked away a left their failed investment to the lender.

I fly Cirrus aircraft so going with them I get to pilot and I got to land at Kalapapa ( spelling) on the back side of Molikai and then over to Lanai  across the straight circle molakini  then back .. its way cool check it out and for those that want something that is really cool I highy recommend it.. you can customize your flights depending on weather you can go circle the big island.. the time before I landed at Honolulu so I have that in my log book. !!!
