There is such a shortage of available space that it seems like there may be an interesting opportunity.

I realize that this will have some interesting nuances working with the municipality etc, but would like to connect with anyone that knows how to or better put has done this.

Thanks!

I have looked at this in the past..  I owned a hanger that was in a condo plat.. and of course have rented everything from T hangers to enclosed.

positives are very low maintenance and generally a good payor.

what I ran into on a few of the airports I looked at was the land was owned by the city or county.

So finding an active airport that has private land with taxi way access is the key ?

Good luck with it.. I would love to own hangers. And many hangers like in our Condo plat were made into man caves and those that bought them has all sorts of toys in them and not always had an aircraft.
