CPA referral in So Cal

Good afternoon. Does anyone have a good CPA referral in So Cal they don't mind sharing? I've searched numerous blogs on BP and haven't found any related to my area. I know they can be out of state, but as a first time investor I would like to speak to someone local. I'm also looking for a CPA who could advise which direction to take with a LLC.

@Lee Radford

What is your question regarding the LLC? Questions regarding an LLC should be targeted towards an attorney.

Just an FYI - residents of CA normally have to pay $800 on an annual basis for setting up LLC's.
