I'm happy to finally join the BP group and increase my chances of success by soaking up all the wonderful information and content from the group.

I keep soaking up the information, but I realize it is time to get involved in the community!

I'm trying to soak up ss much ad I can.

I'm a newby to the real estate world so of course I am trying to soak up all the info around.

I’ve been passionate about it for as long as I can remember but up until now I’ve been going through the forums soaking up as much knowledge as I can.

I have not purchased my first property, I am not much of a risk taker, I want all the facts first, so I am soaking in as much knowledge as I can first.

I am new to real estate but have been trying to soak up as much information as possible over the last couple of months.

I am sitting in a similar position to you, but perhaps 2 years behind, working a great full-time job, working on my MBA and business plan while soaking up everything I can here on BP (my background is in architecture/sustainability).

Thanks  @Jill DeWit I am still in the beginner course soaking up tons of information and notes still not sure what niches to focus on but I'll get there.

I Understand that establishing a good knowledge base before jumping into investing is essential so I have been soaking up a massive amount of knowledge regarding fix and flips buy and holds and wholesaling for the last year.
