I'm also subscribed to loads of business-related podcasts which eventually led me to the BiggerPockets podcast and fortunately this website.My background in real estate began in 2007 when I purchased a duplex in the West End area of Atlanta.  

There's a note invest that was on the podcast that I saved and I subscribe to their newsletter but I haven't dove too deep because I thought I would need to be prepared to handle non-performing notes, etc.
