No Community Fire Protection

First do you have any properties in the San Tan Valley area near Phoenix, where there is no community fire protection?

I have a new client who just purchased this home and just found out about the lack of fire protection. He wants me to write a special clause in my lease warning the tenants of this and suggesting that they subscribe to the area fire protection service themselves.

How would you handle that?

I would advise my client to keep it themselves and build it into the rent, just as I would advise for pool and landscaping maintenance. Also, is it a clause of the client's insurance to have fire protection?
