I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and have more or less been going through their material religiously while maintaining a 50 hour+ week job and my own small operation of buying and selling on the side and going to school(psychology is a hobby subject though I have no interest in doing anything with the degree).

Has anyone ever purchased a physical church building and leased it to a religious organization or done a creative remodel and used it as office space or for something else?
