My name is Alexander Alguire, I am 20 years old and have always been obsessed with owning real estate with my end goal being hotels. I have never invested before, but I have a craving for knowledge in sales, investing, business ownership and financial freedom that over the past two weeks alone has caused me to listen through almost six books alone, oh which I have gone through a couple of them five and six times each. I wish to learn and by this time next year own multiple properties. I do not personally believe this is far fetched though many would say this is unrealistic seeing as to how I barely have $1,000 to my name and bills. I believe this is nothing but less than a minor obstacle. I seek wisdom and professional guidance and mentorship from those who have gone before me. I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and have more or less been going through their material religiously while maintaining a 50 hour+ week job and my own small operation of buying and selling on the side and going to school(psychology is a hobby subject though I have no interest in doing anything with the degree). I wish to operate from the B and I quadrants of the cash flow quadrant and am going to do so someday. I heard about Bigger Pockets from Brandon Turner's book "No Money Down", and am very excited to start partaking in discussions and forums to improve my financial IQ. I wish to get started quickly and take massive action with my future investments. I am not looking to get rich quick either. I am looking to build a more than solid foundation. I will post my 18 month goals later once I get settled into this community and would love input from those who have tried and seen success as well as tribulation. I am not afraid to fall because I take falling as an educational experience. I am looking to become a professional as quickly as possible. With that being said, I look forward to reading what is offered from the community of Bigger Pockets.
