Hello everyone I am a licensed realtor and loan officer I am trying to gain insight into why people are not buying currently I have created a survey that I need help with. there are several programs to help first time homebuyers purchase in Chicago.

we surveyed out about 1 acre of the 3 acre property. 

My online research is not getting me anywhere and our local banker is asking for 2 years back tax info, loan application, personal financial statement, survey, and proposed size and cost of proposed building.

To have an current appraisal is still helpful as it may be background data for purchasing property insurance.I still do a survey before closing as I want to know if there is a boundary issue.

I am like WHAT I spent money on Survey Geo tech plans etc etc and now we cant close..

When we asked the assessor & bldg. inspector how we subdivide it they replied to just draw a line on the map, get a survey done & submit your new lot.
