Trying to gain insight into why people are not buying

Hello everyone I am a licensed realtor and loan officer I am trying to gain insight into why people are not buying currently I have created a survey that I need help with. there are several programs to help first time homebuyers purchase in Chicago. There’s almost no good reason to sell and buy a new property unless you’re leaving a market. There’s almost no inventory for people to buy that don’t already own. I’m trying to buy as much as I can using exchanges before prices skyrocket when interest rates even hint at dropping. I’ve had zero problems selling my properties, even to first time buyers. All my problems are finding something bette to buy.
