Knowing you won't take bankruptcy for example arising from some other personal problem or other business arrangement is always a factor, but larger commercial deals are looked to to stand on their own, especially if the lender ends up owning them!

Our mechanism for helping them is that we need their property address and contact info to give them the full info on what we can offer... but your site should do a good job of doing whatever it needs to to engage the visitor, build credibility, and make sure you keep them on the site engaging w/ something vs. leaving feeling their questions weren't answered.
