Since you are asking a bunch of strangers on the internet such a broad question, regarding the future of your very expensive investment, go talk to a real estate attorney and pay him to begin the eviction process for you. while he follows local laws, take notes so you are prepared for next time. also print your local landlord tenant laws and learn them forward and backwards so you are prepared next time.
