Hello BP community! My name is Dan Bryant, I’m 30 years old and I’m no stranger to the BP podcasts but I’ve decided it’s time to get involved in the forums. I’m an investor in the heart of North Carolina. Currently living in Hillsborough, NC and I have a few buy and hold properties in eastern NC. The Burlington, Greensboro, and Mebane markets are my primary focus at the moment and I’d eventually like to get into some fix and flips but for now my strategy is buy and hold for single family and small multi family. I’m also a new member of the Triad REIA and I’d love to connect with anyone in the local markets. See you around!

Nice connecting with you Dan! I own a real estate and property management company in Charlotte, NC as well as the Triad. Looking to open our Raleigh office within the next 6 months. Hows the market looking up that way? Are there a lot of good property managers up there or a need for it like virtually every other market I have seen? :)

Look forward to connecting!
