You will be taking on more liability, and if you go bigger than 4 units you won't have the owner occupier financing available.Exercise your analyzing muscles by vetting some possible deals in different price points so you can see the difference in finances.

Hey @Roy Gutierrez I'm not too sure how well airbnb would work in your neck of the woods. 

Because thats one of the major bottle necks people encounter when trying to scale their business.Is there a way to develop acquistion training video modules (accompanied with pdf's for policies & procedures and testing of course) that an average intelligent person should be able to go through and be at least 50% up to speed into what you need them to do? 

My guys are big and burly, they drive jacked up 4x4s, chew tobacco and have neck tats.But to answer your question, I wouldn't do an STR in a bad neighborhood area for tourists.
