Let's say it's 200k and you are at 3% commission = 6kBroker gets 20% 1,200 and you get 80% 4,800 each closing.Let's say you sell 2 houses a month which is crushing it for most residential agents.4,800 X 24 closings = 115,200 year commission to you before expenses.
