You do not have the debts of life, family, etc yet, so use this time to start building your empire, and finding out who you really are.

Currencies have come and gone but empires have been transferred and sustained on land and real estate. 

You also mentioned that you do Airbnb's and have a wholesaling empire.

So, these low wage workers will just be poor in a different place.No it's not...what limited thinking you have my friend...or you're just making stuff up.Even workers in high cost areas like coastal California move inland a bit to better afford the lifestyle they desire.

I keep many as well  that sounds great.do you recommend any wholesale that can help me getting good deals in land by any chance ?

Start with this -  I have $NNN in equity, savings, inheritance, whatever that I want to invest in land development AND I’ve already talked to and established a relationship with a bank who wants to work with me in doing this..  

we'd like to slowly build a small empire of ownership of local businesses.i'm focusing on seller financing or SBA versus OPM... those options sound more feasible.i really don't want to crowdfund real estate, etc... i'd rather own my own businesses, flat out.we're ready to fail.... and also succeed :)thanks.
