Land Wholesaler here looking to get into buying land, building on it, and then selling. Who are the best people to follow, courses, coaches, or mentorships? Yes, I know you can learn anything free online, but I need the process expedited a bit. Thanks

So you want to become a developer and build on vacant land. Before spending a $1 on any coaching or programs I would look into how are you going to be financing this action.

I see far too many people spend thousands on training but have no money to actually do what they want to do and worst is the "mentor" will tell them what they want to hear, which is they can do it with little or no money down.

I would start with your ideal business plan and then use resources like BP on who you can talk to. For example if your goal is to buy large plots that can be subdivided and sell lots based on seller financing to builders is one thing compared to building yourself to sell.
