I am a real estate investor living in San Diego and am interested in investing in the Inland Empire (Riverside/ San Bernardino) in CA.

It took 90 minutes for Daily News to 'steal' the Empire State BuildingIn one of the biggest heists in American history, the Daily News "stole" the $2 billion Empire State Building.And it wasn't that hard.The News swiped the 102-story Art Deco skyscraper by drawing up a batch of bogus documents, making a fake notary stamp and filing paperwork with the city to transfer the deed to the property.

We all start somewhere so the key is to build an empire based on principles that YOU are comfortable :) We don't follow the 1%, 2%, or 50% rule but we have a business plan that works best for US.  

I currently have 1 Property that I own with another buddy of mine that we bought together in college but we are wanting to start expanding our little empire.

Am also looking forward to making as many connections as possible to help build a real estate empire, in which my children can reap the full benefits.

You can start with one unit, then expand your empire as you feel comfortable. 

Then use that capital to continue your empire!

I'm just so anxious to start building my empire!

I know that I definitely want to be a Real Estate Investor and would love to build a RE Empire, but with so much information out there, it is hard to even get started.
