Hello to everyone in BP, my name is Jack from NYC. My real estate experience is minimal, I currently rent a multi family home in the Bronx. I found BP by accident doing research on how to buy rental properties in CT, so far it has be the most informative site I have ever come across, am I researched a few, so to all of you who have shared information I say thank you. My goal is to learn as much possible about the real estate business. Am also looking forward to making as many connections as possible to help build a real estate empire, in which my children can reap the full benefits. Am looking to built this empire mainly by buy rental properties, first near my home in NYC and the in other states.
