RE Agent in Inland Empire

Ben Durwood

Hi!

I am a real estate investor living in San Diego and am interested in investing in the Inland Empire (Riverside/ San Bernardino) in CA. I know there are a number of members on this forum who invest in that area and was wondering if anyone has worked with an agent they like and is good at working with real estate investors?

Appreciate the help,
Ben

I think the question is too broad.  Most Realtors are expert at only a small area.  The Inland Empire has two of the largest counties in the state, if not the country.   For example, I know a good Realtor in Corona, but I wouldn't use her to hunt for deals in the City of Riverside.

But if you are hunting for distressed deals in Lake Elsinore, my highest recommendation would be Jarrod Whitehorn of Whitehorn Realty.   Many of the most active players in this market rely on his connections and expertise, myself included.
