@Dustin Oaks - it doesn't surprise me that realtors aren't responding to these kinds of requests (even though they do seem easy & simple enough from our perspective).Similar to what others have said above, most real estate professionals need a good reason to respond to phone and email solicitations (especially email).

That's 104 linear feet of finished Oak cabinets for just over $67 a linear foot finished and installed.Because of the explosions in the units I am just replacing all windows on the property.

To be more specific, I have an early 90s home in Northern California with standard builder grade materials throughout for that era (solid oak cabinets, linoleum floors, gold accent hardware in bathrooms, tile counters, etc.)

Our definition of "high end" is probably different than most (even high-end in Atlanta is not very high-end and I don't yet do high-end in Maryland/DC)...so this might not be very helpful...We tend to use solid oak site-finished in anything above entry-level houses.
