Sheriff sale acquisition/financing

I just acquired a home from a sheriff sale auction and am having trouble financing it.  I had a pre-qualification letter but my current bank won't finance the property because it's under $40,000 (apparently too low for them to work with).

Any suggestions for financing a sheriff sale in a TIMELY fashion. I have a couple weeks.

I use a signiture line of credit upto $150,000, shoot me your email and I'll have Justin give you a call.  Need to have a 690 fico, 50% debt to income ratio.
