Looking for any advice out there on switching my MHP from Master Metered water and gas to individually metered.

The tenants enjoy using the interface, it is simple to communicate with them as a whole or individually, collect rent payments and see when they are in transit, offer CC payment options at tenants expense, track maintenance request, share documents, and lease the property.Short comings are their financial portion.

Obviously every situation is unique it's on you to check with your intermediary and lender to determine what price range would be realistic to start looking for deals in before it closes so you are ready to roll.

I learned in sports that a massive ego means that you are selfish and hurt the team as a whole even if you individually shine. 

I think I'm in a pretty unique situation and am trying to figure out the right hoops to jump through to move forward.Long story short, I'm trying to tap into the equity of the rental property passed down from my grandparents that is held in an S-corp which is co-owned by myself, my siblings, our cousins, and an idiot uncle.

What’s interesting is that if you have a unique STR though, you can still be profitable and successful.
