That seems unavoidable since supply will be greater than demand for a time.It could be a good moment for people who have cash to scoop up underpriced merchandise, but I also think the underlying strengths of lending at this point will prevent the larger panic crash we saw beginning in 2008.

I know this happens but title companies have gotten a lot better at not doing this.. its normally buyers funds that get stolen on the way TO the title company not money leaving the title company.. big boo boo there

Generally the two reasons are (1) if it is a storefront the amount stolen isn't worth reporting because it could increase their insurance rates and (2) unfortunately in some communities when it is reported not much is done, why bother calling it in?
