Do you make your tenants clean before they leave?
Just curious, do you expect the tenants to clean prior to vacating the property at the end of their lease? And if they don’t, do you charge then a cleaning fee? Obviously if this is expected, it needs to be in the signed lease agreement.

'Make' is a strong word. We expect the property to be returned in the condition in which it was given to them. If not, they are charged, minus wear and tear of course.
More of a request then a force. And if not, charge.
