I am new to the real estate scene and would greatly appreciate some insight on this. sell it and invest reinvest the same money in a downtown market like Columbus. you can get a 60k plot of land and get rezoning application to put a stacked triplex that we build. let someone help you who's sophisticated. you already have the equity. land isn't worth anything unless you can build it. our product is posted in marketplace

Most folks with higher end homes in todays market will be very reluctant to sell sub too as they are too sophisticated or will consult and an attorney and simply wont take the risk of letting someone take over their mortgage without formerly removing their liability.. might be able talk some into do a Warp though if they want to make money on the delta like we do..

The reason for this is believe it or not the fees increase to more like $4000 per year since an S-Corp needs a payroll service in order for me to pay myself the mandatory W-2 salary.

I still do that as well as some average starter home flips Though not recently due to market conditions last few years.I have crews that are 1099 and others on payroll so I have a mixture depending on the trades and the projects I have on my books.
