:p How embarrassing.

It is embarrassing but I think I have policies with 4 or 5 different agents. 

I am a little embarrassed that my almost 40 year record of no evictions has ended and it is totally MY fault!  

We went in low, our realtor was embarrassed to present the offer, but we ended up with a great deal.  

This is completely opposite of my new favorite quote "If you're not embarrassed by your offer, you offered too much"!

And when in doubt I was told that if you are not embarrassed with your offer it is not low enough.

So if you put in an embarrassingly low Offer to start off with (because they won't let you look at it until you make an Offer) just to get a feel for their desperation or otherwise, and when that doesn't work, increase your Offer/s in increments if you are still so inclined. 

Seriously, the worst that could happen is you get a little embarrassed and don't make a deal happen.
