Hey! My name is Chris. I just got into my career as a chemical dependency counselor. I really want to get into all kinds of REI but I am thinking of starting out with fix-and-flip and then eventually moving on to buy-and-hold rentals. I know next nothing about REI but my brother is very successful at it so I'm hoping to learn as much as I can from him and this site.
