What kind of deals is that investor looking for.I get emails like this all the time and I just delete most of the time.Start with what you are trying to achieve and put together a plan.

Oftentimes, the existence of a cloud on a title will permit the buyer the option to back out of a contract and often the cloud can be deleted easily by executing a document to show a debt had been paid or corrected.

I did have a location listed but whenever you edit anything on the profile the location gets deleted.

(and I don't see a delete function). :)

The kitchen had already been redone, so that expense was deleted, all we had to do was paint, and we've installed new carpet, and so far, new flooring and a new shower surround in the master bath.

Alright I deleted the utilities and boosted the maintenance.
