mainly to have something to do if I find myself board on a rainy day in PDX which is pretty often... also I don't generally drive at night so I would only work mornings for a drive or two.. when I take Lyft in Vegas I talk to the drivers most really don't like the night or pick up or delivery from casino as the riders are half the time pretty wasted.I use it in Vegas to from our kids house and the airport.. so that's a pretty easy drive for the Lyft driver . as well as I live in the number one income area of our state so if I only take rides out of this area I should pick up some successful people and we can talk business if it gets to that..

With the Hard Rock hotel and Casino breaking ground, plus the residential development that they have planned for the area and the high speed rail coming I think there is still a lot to be had.

(still might be okay,, but I don't know), trustee is LLC, who's managing member is not a real/physical person, the sole managing member is a "fictitious name" yes fake person..the fictitious name is made to appear, like a normal (although a bit foreign sounding) nameThe successor to the "fake" trustee is no other than the realtors/agent's husband (had to do some cyber digging to find this)and finally an assignment of beneficial interest in the land trust is to be signed by sellers to trustee LLC, whos managing member is this "fake trustee", which fictitious name is registered to the husband of the agentIn my perspective, the listing agent/broker never presented the better offer (i have proof there was a cash better offer),and consequently will end up owning this property......Thoughts ...comments...educate me please...

Sold it 6 months later to a well know casino owner so he could build a place that was private for his celebrity acts to stay at.
