When it comes to demand, you want mass tourism and the three main tourist destinations in Mexico are the Riviera Maya, BajaSur and the Puerto Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit areas.

i visited an rv park in the destin area that was in process of converting rv sites (in an existing rv park)to permanent park model rv's.

I recommend talking to your CPA, but it's my understanding that as long as it's not a cruise, education of this nature is a write off, regardless of the country :) Again, I highly recommend talking to your CPA to confirm how to go about this!
