No problemo Michael.The rule of thumb is, the first one get's tossed in the circular file cabinet, the second gets a glance, the thrid gets read, and teh fourth creates the call to action.

My experience is that sellers don't save all of the mailers they receive and one day line them up on the kitchen table and say "I like that one, I think I'll call him and dump the rest into the circular file".
