Although not recently, I've taken CC payment for rent (via PayPal) and believe that the "CC on file" methods would be fine if the tenant didn't dispute the charge.

If you have a CC with a high limit on it and they are mailing you these "balance transfer" checks, you can do a lot.

The second offer was 86k, 3k in cc and I pay for inspections and survey, lol I was going to counter them back at 109k, but then I took a breath =)I then responded with a highest and best to both, buyer 2 ( 86k) came back at 96k with all of the same concessions.

The artificial 'due date' was put forth by the CC company.
