Love Sonoma, very beautiful area 

After meeting the entire team in their beautiful office I signed the deal to buy my first property.

Not 1 time has a standard rental poo-decorated a unit, not 1 time have I had dead bodies at a standard rental. 

DownTown Pueblo has a lot of beauty and potential, but there are a lot of vacancies when it comes to commercial buildings, there is not much variety for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping districts, etc.I don't see AirBNB being the best right now, but who knows.

Thats the beauty of the nomad method.

I joked on another post that I should start a cat tree flipping coaching program (buy cat trees on Amazon then renovate them with top of the line cat toys and decor (Disney theme, bird theme etc and charge more, which is the flip)...someone might actually pay for it lolI agree with you there agents who are licensed and not competent, I attended an open house here and the agent didn't know about non-QM financing.

This was a while back, but I have great memories from the place; it was really beautiful, right on the beach.
