the flight path is not directly above us but I can see it standing outside and hear the noise....It's not that loud but nonetheless, i can hear it and see the airplane if I look up.Then I went back to see the seller disclosure and air plane noise was not disclosed. 

You want cable tv, sign this, you want insurance, sign this, you want to buy airplane tickets, sign this.

As this tenant is a paralegal, put everything in writing, try to record all phone calls, start a video on your phone (set to airplane mode to avoid calls interrupting your video) any time you set foot on the property and save all this for your protection!

The truth is you never know when it's your time so enjoy the time that you do have and if that means getting a new truck, motorcycle, corvette, airplane or whatever if you can afford it do it.
