However, many appraisers (and realtors, and the general population) believe that it does need a closet in order to be considered an actual bedroom - I have no clue why - it is not part of the building code!

We actually have an in-house realtor who specializes in selling flips and can list your property for just a 1% listing fee.

I was actually considering doing a shorter mortgage term to gain equity on the property faster.
