you'll probably still need something long term like software as others have suggested but this was a thought i had... you could see the actual profit or loss from a tax perspective for each property.

They expect you to live in one unit, BUT I have never heard of anyone from the lender go and  check in on you to see if you are actually living there. 

Instead of paying a percentage (load) of the total investment, they accept a reasonable fee for their services and credited the load back into my DST investment.

In this case we are the renters of the space and did not have any reason to think the sq ft was calculated on anything other than actual measured space since we also pay a CAM fee.

The growth numbers are impressive, but I'm more interested in hearing from the people actually powering this platform.

Also, as fyi, the load amount is for $487,500 (I'm not entirely sure if that would fall under a large transaction category).Yup  I would say there is a good chance that you front the 7500 and don't get the loan..

In addition, to factor in their debt load, I require the rent + monthly debt payments to be no more than 45% of their GROSS monthly income.
