Getting started in New Mexico trying to see if any body else does work in that area.

I have seen retail buyers just cringe at property they walked into that was only missing flooring it is funny to experience the various body languages given off showing unfinished homes to retail buyers.

If any body out there trying to get a property that does not require rehab, i would recommend you to go see a regular/part time Real Estate Agent.

I'd want to know what I can/can't build on the lots and meet with local governing bodies to see what requirements they have.
