There was a post on here not too long ago about a 15 year old girl who bought her second rental property (of course she had her mom co-sign and help out) and she is gaining the same experience that we all gain in our first few years of REI.

This process has just really annoyed me to the point that I want to be childish, so I wanted a disinterested party to set me straight.And no, thats actually a pic I made for a girl that was being a bit too sassy with me and I needed to "intimidate" her into acting right ;) and now its one of my favorites because it makes me laugh every time I see it.

They go through excruciating pain to make the seller believe they went to Walmart, bought a yellow paper, then hand write that paper, put a nice custom personable stamp on it, even sometimes they put a picture of the house on it.The seller now things.. well lookie here, someone is extremely motivated because they went through all that trouble.Guys and girls.. really?

Or   should I put put on my big girl pants and live in a semi scurvy  house.  

My husband and I had the same issue with a trailer we bought for our girls to live in while attending EKU.
