Looking to meet new investors/new people in Chicago
Hello everyone, my name is Matt Skiba, Im 20 years old out of Chicago. My goal is to buy my first rental property by my 21st birthday which is going to be in July. I work construction now (mostly interior) and im saving as much as I can for my down payment, once i find a great deal. Im looking to connect with investors and landlords, someone who can give me advice, tips, perhaps even mentor. In return I can help out for free ofcourse with many things such as landscaping around the property, repainting vacant units before new tenants move in, showing vacant units to possible new tenants, and many other things. Feel free to message me or comment on this thread. Thank you
