The MSA includes 17 counties and includes northern Mississippi counties and eastern Arkansas and a few other Western Tennessee counties. 

Only chance of that happening is if a R wins in 2024.

This is in a rural town of 2000 people in Arkansas with very little crime and the street is nice for the area so it's not like it's a bad neighborhood or anything.

We have a daughter in her 3rd year at the University of Arkansas and my wife (a computer programmer) is supporting her too without getting into long term debt.I am still medically recovering thanks to my brain anuerism and stroke at age 54.
