Investing in Arkansas and Texas

Hello BiggerPockets members! My name is Carlette Bruce. I'm originally from Central Arkansas, currently living in Dallas, Texas for the past 15 years.  I've been an IT Project Manager the majority of my career and recently started investing in real estate in April 2015.  I have two single families and a lot in Little Rock and a duplex in Hot Springs.  I have a four-plex in a historic district of Little Rock under contract as of today.  My strategy is to buy, fix and hold in improving areas.  Eventually I'd like to use the equity or sale some properties to purchase apartment complexes.
