@Sarah Pursell  I was in the same situation with my Charleston Airbnb, deciding weather to go month to month or the long term route or keep it on Airbnb where all I had a full calendar for April and then when the virus hit, everyone had cancelled. 

@Brad Babiak a lot of that functionality can be achieved with copy paste and recurring or non-recurring Google calendar invites.

They have a great online system where they provide updates that you can see pictures and videos and a calendar so you can see dates when things will be completed.
