Text Messaging Automation for Landlords
Does anyone have any recommendations for an online service (preferably free) to help automate some of the communication with prospective tenants? Some use cases would be:
1) Set up a showing. Not an official schedule as I prefer to double book showings to make my time more efficient. Just the basic message you send when prospective tenants reach out after viewing the listing. Would also be helpful to remind current tenants of an upcoming showing.
2) Move in and move out instructions. Being able to provide a cleaning checklist attachment would be great.
3) Reminder to transfer utilities into your name before moving in.
4) Welcome message asking if everything is satisfactory with the apartment upon moving in? Does anything need repair?
5) Rent is due on the 1st proactive reminder.
6) Provide the contact information of their neighbors.
7) Send group text messages to all tenants at a building. Asking a question or providing an update of maintenance men on property the day of.
I am looking to find ways to automate my process with current and prospective tenants for my small 12 units (across 5 properties). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
