In my semi-retirement I’m a full time Mom, wife, and adjunct professor at UTHSC teaching Nursing but have always loved anything real estate and interior design related.

We have remodel a handful of properties (semi-gut remodels) and it's always this way.

if you want rental property you don't need to listen to all those PEOPLE  just go buy one.. its not that complicated.. just make sure you totally vette the tenant .. even in ORegon and especially semi rural Oregon.. you have to be careful..   

If not a bank sometimes you can get semi hard money type of loans on mobile homes but there are expensive. 

You have to make sure the brand you select though offers a semi-absentee ownership model. 

It is not set it and forget it, but it does a solid job of semi automating prices. 

It had been painted over with heavy coats of semi gloss paint.

My midterms are part of the LTR dwellings (attached or semi-detached) so they're covered under my rental dwelling policy and the agent knows that one unit is used for 12-month LTR rentals and the other for 30+ days.
