More is better.However...Your letter/postcard needs to be one that has proven to generate leads otherwise you will waste your time and money.

Now we are in it around $3000 with all business expenses, but that includes time with a lawyer, accounting, pro account, post cards, door hangers, and a laser printer. 

I use postcards first because some come back and then remove those and use yellow letter from then on.

Is the end result better or worse than postcards?

I create all of my flyers/postcards/business cards/etc. using Publisher.

In doing a mail merge postcard - when One property owner owns 6 different properties at different addresses, how many postcards do you send them?

Hello folks,I own a rental property in Broward County, and in the last 2 months I've been getting 3-5 postcards per week from wholesalers marketing in the area...  

Wanting to know what is the best route to take before I start purchasing lists, YLs, postcards, etc. 

We have just recently begun driving for dollars and have decided to send out post cards, but I have a few questions...I assume getting them printed from a local printing company is best, but can I mail merge these?
