Direct Mail mail merge

In doing a mail merge postcard - when One property owner owns 6 different properties at different addresses, how many postcards do you send them? You can only mention one address of interest with click2mail per postcard mail merge.

Also when targeting your list, I asked for houses that had mortgages at least 10 years or more. Well, I got that but in another column I see that they may have refinanced since then! I didn't think to ask the sales person at listsource to filter that out as well! How do you target your absentee lists?
