mentoring

I am new to rei and am looking for someone who would be willing to mentor me.  I am at a crossroads in my life and need to change careers due to a work related injury.  If anyone out there would be willing to mentor a newbie to the world of real estate investing I would appreciate it.  I have been going to seminars for sometime now but have never pulled the trigger.  I can't wait any longer.  I need to start getting deals done last week.  I'm not sure where to start and am looking all over the internet and reading as many books as possible.  I need help and the best way to learn is to be taught by someone who has been doing it for a while.  I am a quick learner and hard working.  I just need that extra push.

If anyone is willing I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks,

Andy

 Andy,

We have been wholesaling for around 4 months and we just took action. We started with sending out mailers and figured it out as we went. And guess what, we now have people willing to work with us! The reason they did was because we were taking action and not waiting for the "push". We made mistakes but we also have closed 3 deals and have one under contract!

Also we spent around $300 to get our first deal. Now we are in it around $3000 with all business expenses, but that includes time with a lawyer, accounting, pro account, post cards, door hangers, and a laser printer.

So take action and good things will happen.

Good luck.
