If you don’t like the deal and you don’t have any EMD deposited I don’t see how they stop you from walking and if that’s your plan don’t drag it out last some deadline.

The list broker usually has a deadline of time to get that property onto the MLS after the list price is approved.

Last month I set a few short term goals for myself including going to some networking meetings--the meeting I attempted to attend on the deadline of my goal was cancelled.

We talk updates daily.He is there daily with his employee, but realistically, he is only there for 6-7 hrs.Should I care, as long as he gets done by the deadline?

.- Tie the property up in contract with a close of escrow deadline that's about 50% longer than what is normal in your market.- Hand contract to lender.- Lender will hold your hand from there. 

If I had one piece of advice to give you it would be to set deadline of when to do your first deal and do it!

Have to pick myself and continue wher I last left off :)  As it is I  don't have too much time before  the 12 month deadline. 

(for MLS work, contracts, and making sure all deadlines are met) Do you provide professional photographers and videographers with drone work?

If it's interior work and no reason for any weather delays, why not just ask to work out a deadline with him in the next contract, project to be completed by x date? 

We are working with a major deadline here and need as many second, third opinions on this topics as we can get.
