Hello fellow investors!  I am a new member looking to start out in real estate investing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.  Right now, I'm focused on starting off in wholesaling, so any advice would be appreciated, especially on how to start off on a shoe-string budget.  Thanks for the help and I look forward to talking with y'all!

Welcome Steven.  There are a lot of investors looking for homes... so if you can find a way into the market, there are plenty of buyers here in DFW.
